Teleport-Mea quest }:-( "AARGH!!!"

This quest is driving me crazy! :mad: I've been following the directions for the quest on Allakhazam's website, but I'm having no luck at all finding the "???" mark. Someone on their forums did mention this webpage...

...and it's supposed to have really good directions for getting to the entrance that goes through the glacier, but when I tried it all I got was a "Cannot find server" error. :sweat:

I tried going through the glacier once, but as I didn't have a map and the print-out I found was as confusing as the Yuhtunga Jungle map, I had no idea where I was going and soon gave up and warped out.

Please, can anyone help?

1. How exactly does the respawn process work? Explain this. How long does it take? Does it rotate automatically if no one tries to use any of the candles for the quest?

2. I wonder if I'm looking for the right candles? Are they the smaller candles hanging on the walls along the stone stairs, or the larger stone braziers seated on the ground in the rocky tunnels? I've been looking for the larger braziers.

3. What's with the "Tallow Candle" that I found in 2 of the "easy" locations? The one that asks for a flint stone?

4. Are G-7, H-7, and I-6 the only "easy" entrances to the Eldieme Necropolis?

I'll answer the one I know for sure: the ??? can be found in the smaller braziers situated on the tunnels, not the candles on the wall, and not the large braziers where liches spawn.

I just did this quest and it was not that hard. I highly suggest you bring some friends to help u out on this one and station one of you at the easy spots in Eldimae(sp?). Then every now and then check the small braziers, there should be total of 3 of them in each spot, along the rocky path. If no ??? shows up there, then its in the 4th spot, the spot thru Glacier. If thats the case, just be patient and waqit for that spot to despawn and ??? to respawn again somewhere else. My bro, frined, and myself followed this procedure and we all got the ??? within 2 minutes total.

Well, after much frustration, I finally tightened my belt, took a deep breath and once again made an attempt at going through the glacier. After studying the map I downloaded more closely, I was able to find my way to the 2 ramps that lead down into the lower area and found the tunnel leading out to the hill in Batallia Downs. Found the entrance to the Necropolis and at the very first candle I spotted, there it was. So, yay, I finished the quest.

I'm a level 34 white mage and have been at this quest for a long time.... A friend of mine believes that the ??? can spawn at Ranguemont Pass, Beaucadine Glacier, or Eldieme Necropolis. He tells me I should wait in one of those areas for the 3 question marks to pop up. Is he correct? if not what is the correct way to find the ???s I so want this teleport and don't have the money to buy it.

The spot for Mea is inside the Necropolis.
There's an entrance you can only get to if you go through Raugemont Pass - Beaudecine Glacier - Battalia Downs - Eldieme.
That's probably what your friend means.
You can also find it in Batallia Downs outside Jeuno, I did.

He thinks those are the places where they pop up. I have also searched the ones from the Jeuno area and no luck it's driving me insane but I guess I could go back there and try again. I'm to low for the quest I guess I better find some help...

You dont need help to find the spots, just go inside Eldieme Necropolis and look for a ??? in a brazier in a tunnel... All you need is sneak.

You do, however, need help into getting to the Glacier entrance, but just wait for it to pop in one of the others... You're only level 34 XD

Ok thanks for the clear up but yeah... sadly I will need to find help perhaps a level 50 or so PLD could be a great help to me
